SHIPPING POLICY
*The standard shipping method is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-3 days delivery (including Saturdays). Delivery dates start from the date that the package is shipped out, not from the date that the order is placed. We also offer Priority Express for expedited deliveries. Pre-order items have ship dates listed in the item description. If you choose Priority Express for a pre-order item, it will NOT ship Express until the listed ship date. The shipping fee added to your order includes the weight of the product, tracking number confirmation, insurance, shipping and handling. Every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail with your tracking number.
Orders are subject to ship after 1-3 business days upon ordering. Please note depending on the volume of orders, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. (except for pre-orders!) If you select express shipping, your order will ship out within 24HRS if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the next business day.
ATTENTION: Express & Create is NOT, under any circumstance, responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.
Packages that are returned to Express & Create due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address will be the customers responsibility, along with any new shipping costs associated with resending any packages.
Express & Create is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.
